My wife had wanted a swinging chair for years, but I was never impressed with the swing frames or the maintenance they required. We kept searching—until we discovered the Tru180 glider at a home show. We immediately loved it. The material was weatherproof, it didn’t require a bulky frame, and it was incredibly comfortable.

A few months after receiving it, we ran into an issue. I was concerned my wife wouldn’t be able to enjoy it anymore and we just lost our money. But after contacting Tru180, Celeste stepped in and guided us through to resolution.  She was always reassuring, telling us they would take care of us —and they absolutely did.

I can confidently say they not only use excellent materials, but they also run an honorable business that truly stands behind its products and cares about its customers.
